A mini hacksaw is the small frame that takes a six inch blade and gets into places a full size hacksaw cannot: inside a panel, in a duct, between pipes, inside a machine housing, up against a wall. It is the saw for cutting a bolt off flush, trimming plastic conduit, cutting small tube and section, and shortening a screw in place. The thing to understand about blades is that they are cheap and your time is not.
