- Are your Harden tools genuine?
- Yes — every tool we sell is genuine and original. We are the authorized Harden distributor for Sri Lanka, and each product page shows the official Harden item number, which you can check against the international Harden catalog.
- Where is your shop?
- No. 120, Princess Gate, Colombo 12, Sri Lanka — in Colombo's hardware district, a short walk from Panchikawatta and Armour Street. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closed on Sunday.
- Do you deliver outside Colombo?
- Yes — we deliver island-wide, anywhere in Sri Lanka. Delivery details are confirmed when we confirm your order by phone or WhatsApp.
- Why are there no prices on the website?
- Prices will be updated on the website soon. Until then, we quote current prices on request — message us on WhatsApp or call 077 111 8880 with the tools you need and we'll reply quickly.
- Do you offer wholesale or dealer prices?
- Yes. We supply hardware shops and dealers across Sri Lanka, and bulk orders are welcome. Send us your list — by WhatsApp or through the quotation page — and ask for the dealer or wholesale price.
- How do I place an order?
- Three easy ways: order through the website (add tools to your order and send it), message us on WhatsApp, or call us. Either way, we confirm the total price, stock and delivery with you personally before anything ships.
- How do I pay?
- Bank transfer, cash on delivery, or pay at the shop in Colombo. We confirm the total with you before anything is charged or shipped.
- What tools do you stock?
- The genuine Harden hand-tool range: spanners, box sockets and socket sets, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, tool boxes, measuring tools, electrical and welding tools, and more — hundreds of items, searchable by name or item number on our products page.
