Harden Tools Sri Lanka is the authorized Sri Lankan distributor of Harden brand hand tools, operating from No. 120, Princess Gate, Colombo 12. We are the Harden division of New Lanka Tools.

This is the most important thing on this page. When you place an order on the website, you are asking us to sell you those items. A sale is only agreed once we confirm your order by phone, WhatsApp or email.

We do this because we also sell over the counter in our shop, so something can sell out between you ordering and us packing. If an item is unavailable we will tell you and offer an alternative, a partial order, or cancel that item — and if you have already paid for it, we refund it.

Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and are per piece unless the product page says otherwise. The price shown is the full price of the goods. No tax is added at checkout.

Delivery is not included in the price. See our Delivery policy.

We keep prices up to date, but they can change and mistakes can happen. If a price is wrong we will tell you before we confirm your order, and you are free to cancel at no cost. Some items show “price on request” — for those we quote you directly.

We accept:

• Bank transfer — we give you our account details and your order number. Please quote your order number as the payment reference. We dispatch once the payment appears in our account.
• Cash on delivery — you pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
• Payment at our shop — you pay when you collect.

We do not take card payments on this website and we never ask for your card details, PIN, or online banking password. If anyone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for those, it is not us — please call us on 077 111 8880.

Everything we sell is genuine Harden stock supplied through our distributorship. Product photographs and specifications come from the manufacturer's catalogue; small differences in finish or packaging can occur when the manufacturer updates a product.

We do not offer a warranty on the tools we sell. Once an item has been delivered and put to use, we cannot repair, replace or refund it because it has worn out, stopped working or been damaged in use.

There is one exception, and it matters: if an item arrives faulty, damaged or is the wrong item, that is our problem and we will put it right. Tell us within 7 days of delivery — see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Nothing on this page removes any right you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.

You can cancel any order at no cost before we dispatch it. After delivery, see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Please do not attempt to interfere with the website, place fake or automated orders, or use it in a way that disrupts service for other customers. We may decline or cancel an order if we reasonably believe it is not genuine.

The Harden name and logo belong to their owner and are used here under our distributorship. The rest of this website's content is ours.

We are responsible for supplying the goods you ordered, in the condition described. We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been expected — for example loss of earnings or project delays caused by a late delivery by a third-party courier.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka and any dispute falls to the courts of Sri Lanka. We would much rather sort out a problem directly — please call or WhatsApp us on 077 111 8880 first.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top shows when this page last changed.
