That is the whole grid, and the reason to buy it as a set rather than singly is that you almost never get to choose which combination a job needs. Two independent questions decide it, and both are settled by the machine, not by you.

The first is external or internal, and it is not a preference — it is opposite mechanics. An external circlip sits in a groove around the outside of a shaft, holding a bearing or gear on, and must be spread wider to clear; so on an external plier, squeezing the handles drives the tips apart. An internal circlip sits in a groove inside a bore, holding something into a housing, and must be squeezed smaller to clear; so on an internal plier, squeezing brings the tips together. Use the wrong one and your hand moves the tips the wrong way entirely.

The second is straight or bent tips, and that is decided by access. Straight tips go in head-on, which is fine on an exposed shaft or an open bore. Bent tips come in at an angle, which is what you need when the clip is recessed, inside a housing, behind a flange, or on a shaft you cannot get in front of — and on assembled machinery that is more often the case than not.
