Notice what most of those have in common: they are outdoors, or underneath something, in a country with a serious monsoon. A T25 screw on a splash guard has spent years collecting water, road grit and salt, and the corrosion happens inside the recess as well as on the thread. This matters more with Torx than with a simple hexagon, because the six lobes give the rust more surface and more corners to pack into. A key pushed into a recess half full of rust does not reach the bottom, and every bit of force then lands on the top edge of the lobes, which is exactly the weakest part.

So at this size the first tool is not the key. It is a pick, a small screwdriver or a wire brush to clean the recess right out, and a moment spent doing that saves the fastener. Then seat the key fully and turn.

The second thing that changes at T25 is that your arm can now generate enough force to twist the key. Torx keys are hardened, and a hardened key does not yield gracefully. If the screw refuses and the key starts to feel as though it is winding up, stop. Penetrating fluid and time, or heat where the assembly allows it, are the answer, not a longer pull. Unlike a worn hex key, a distorted Torx key cannot be dressed back into shape by hand, so once it has twisted it is scrap.
